Prism Protection Sheet?

• Once light has passed the diffusion sheet, the light is diffused in horizontal and vertical directions against the sheet and the luminance of the light drops significantly. To raise the luminance by focusing it, we use a prism sheet. The prism sheet is a strip-typed micro-prism positioned on the upper part of the base material (PET). Mostly two prism sheets, one of which is horizontal and the other vertical, compose a set.
  It is competitive product to SKC's localization development now.
  The figure shows the light path inside a prism sheet. Passing the prism sheet, the light has a view angle of around 70° and heads for the front. The luminance is also improved.

• It has the function to make the brightness of the whole screen uniform by diffusing and scattering the lights incoming through a light guide panel.

Printing Type : Micro Dot Pattern, Line Pattern. Application size - mass production present : 1.8 ~ 19 inch.
Nonprinting Type : Application size - mass production present : 1.8 ~ 26 inch.
